SignMobile provides electronic signature services that allow users to send, sign, and manage documents online. The service includes document upload, signature collection, and document storage features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Credits and Billing

The service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when sending documents for signature. Subscription plans include a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing period. Additional credits may be purchased separately.

5. Electronic Signatures

By using the service to sign documents, you agree that electronic signatures are legally binding and equivalent to handwritten signatures under applicable law, including the ESIGN Act and UETA.

6. Privacy

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
