1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SignMobile ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

SignMobile provides electronic signature services that allow users to send, sign, and manage documents online. The Service includes document upload, signature collection, and document storage features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Credits and Billing

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when sending documents for signature. Subscription plans include a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing period. Additional credits may be purchased separately.

5. Electronic Signatures

By using our Service to sign documents, you agree that electronic signatures are legally binding and equivalent to handwritten signatures under applicable law, including the ESIGN Act and UETA.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for fraudulent purposes

8. Limitation of Liability

SignMobile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
